"Bone Chorus", a benefit for Circle of Friends for the Dying

  • Kleinert/James Center for the Arts 34 Tinker Street Woodstock, NY, 12498 United States (map)

Lokasparśa Dance Projects

with Circle of Friends for the Dying

presents "Bone Chorus".

"Bone Chorus" shakes out ideas about our mortality to expose what sifts down into raw experience. The choral soundscape and live vocals set the stage for moving explorations of community, solitude, commitment, joy, and the many faces of loss. Audiences at past performances described "Bone Chorus" as intense, sobering, emotionally powerful, and simply beautiful.

Tickets available at $25, $50 and $100 levels. Net proceeds benefit Circle of Friends for the Dying.

Choreographed by clyde forth in collaboration with Jennifer Lavenhar and Caitlin Quinn.
Performed by Andy Kriger, Jennifer Lavenhar, Charla Ruby Malamed, Brandon Perdomo, Sharon Penz, Caitlin Quinn, and clyde forth.
