Description: When you are still, how is your desire to move generating expression? When you are moving radically, how do you maintain a stillness of intention? Each class will begin with deep centering meditations and guided visualizations. We will move from and within stillness that includes rather than prevents deeply connected movement. Using ambient noise and composed sound as landscape and inspiration, we will work with many techniques to maximize the power of alignment, subtlety, and directed energy to command space.
