Description: Using drawing media and three dimensional materials, we will explore the translation of spontaneous movement into lines, shapes, and colors on the page and on the stage. Participants will also learn how to translate visual material (drawings, diagrams, maps) into movement in a skilled and expressive way, create visual scores and personal notation systems, and work with time and the elements of design in movement.
